4.1 User Responsibilities

When you list a property, you agree that:

• All information provided is accurate, current, and truthful
• All images are of the actual property and not misleading
• The price is accurate and stated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
• You will promptly update or remove listings that are no longer available
• You will not post duplicate, spam, or fraudulent listings

4.2 Prohibited Listings

• Properties you do not own or have authority to list
• Fake, misleading, or "bait" listings
• Properties involved in illegal activities
• Listings with obscene, offensive, or discriminatory content
• Listings that violate any Pakistani law or regulation

4.3 Content License

By posting content (text, images, videos), you grant Hausiv.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting our Services.

5. Search and Browsing

Hausiv.com provides search and browsing tools to help you find properties. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all listings are available or that prices are current. Always verify details directly with the seller, agent, or landlord.

6. Transactions and Payments

• We do not handle payments for property transactions
• We do not guarantee any transaction will be completed
• We are not responsible for any financial loss, fraud, or dispute
• Always conduct due diligence before any payment
• Never send money without verifying the property and documents in person

7. Verification and Trust

While we take reasonable steps to verify listings, Hausiv.com cannot guarantee:

• The accuracy of any property listing
• The ownership or legal title of any property
• The trustworthiness of any user, agent, or agency

Users are solely responsible for verifying all information, documents, and credentials before entering into any agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Hausiv.com — including but not limited to the logo, name, design, text, graphics, code, and software — is owned by Hausiv.com and protected by Pakistani and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the website without permission
• Use our logo, name, or branding without written consent
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our website
• Reverse-engineer any part of our software

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, Hausiv.com shall not be liable for:
